Some tips to keep your sanity

Thanksgiving holidays are supposed to be a time of joy and gratitude, but let’s face it, they can also be a nightmare. 😨

You have to deal with your nosy uncle Pat who won’t stop pestering you about your love life, your smug cousin Christina who flaunts her perfect family while you’re going through a messy divorce, and your bratty nephew Sky who thinks your scarf is a toy to be thrown in the mud. How do you cope with this
madness? Here are some tips to keep your sanity.

Don’t let them get to you. You have the power to choose how you react to things. Just smile and nod, and remember that this too shall pass. Breathe deeply and count to ten, or twenty, or a hundred. Whatever it takes to calm yourself down. And don’t be afraid to excuse yourself for a few minutes and strike a yoga pose in the bathroom. Or better yet, sneak out and go for a walk. Or book a private yoga session with us. Anything to get away from the chaos.🥳
